April 14, 2008 | LOGAN -- First District Court Judge
Thomas Willmore on Monday ordered a two-day trial for
Roger A. Willeto, 62, to resolve two charges of aggravated
sexual abuse of a child.
Willmore ordered Willeto to have no unsupervised contact
with anyone under the age of 18, in addition to a no-contact
order regarding his alleged victim.
"You're not to have any direct or indirect contact,"
said Willmore.
A first-degree felony, each charge carries a sentence
of not less than five years in prison should Willeto
be convicted.
The trial is set for July 9-10, beginning at 8 a.m.
each day. Attorney Shannon R. Demler will represent
Willeto.
Willeto also must return to court June 16 at 1:30
